Fulltime CNC / Machine Operator to join our busy team manufacturing
Bullbars/Bumpers. Below is a list of main tasks and duties but not limited to:
Main tasks and duties are as follows:

• Design Bullbars and Bumpers for various truck models as directed by the
  engineering manager to meet customer specifications and quality
  requirements.
• Analyse the information provided by the customers and sort out any ambiguous and conflicting requirements.
• Create mechanical drawings in Solid Works as per the customer requirements and Australian Standards.
• Understand project requirements, project costings and the methodology to be followed to deliver the project on time.
• Develop, implement engineering quality standards and procedures to ensure adequate internal controls.
• Implement lean manufacturing methods to maximize production while minimizing waste and costs.
• Provide technical advice and assist production team and other operating departments with design related issues.
• Use Bill of Materials to identify the components required for manufacturing of Bullbars & Bumpers and calculate cost based on the design.
